The Princess has a deep purple-black hue, is comprised of Syrah and Petite Sarah. Its aroma evokes the sensation of lush black cherries, mulberries, and dark plums, interwoven with the distinct nuances of cracked pepper, the earthy aroma of garrigue, fragrant lavender, exotic Indian spices, and hints of licorice. Upon tasting, the full-bodied wine is firm yet spirited, displaying a beautiful balance of rounded tannins that bring an invigorating and peppery finish that lingers on the palate.
