2021 Cielo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

A dark rich smooth Cabernet Sauvignon plucked from our hearty hillside vines. Cabernet Sauvignon grows superbly in our temperate climate. Dark cherry, prune, spiced plum all grace the nose. The surrounding area is covered with Rosemary, White and Purple Sage, lavender, and olive trees – which naturally influence this wine’s terroir. Moreover, the earthy raw mineral laden soil leaves an imprint behind that makes this Cabernet Sauvignon distinctly Malibu. Tannins are present but not overbearing. Pairs well with a nicely cooked steak or heavy meal.
